There should be an O-Ring inside of the female side of the QD Coupler.

Take your Remote to the Hardware Store. The first step will be to find an O-Ring that is the same size on the inside as the TIP of your Male QD Nipple.

Once you find something that easily, with only a LITTLE resistance, and with no slop, slides onto the TIP of the Male QD Nipple, you will know the proper Inside Dimension (ID) for the O-Ring.

Then, look for all of the O-Rings that have the same ID. Find one that now has an Outside Diameter (OD) that can be easily installed into the Female Coupler. It should not have any slop. It should offer a LITTLE resistance to being slid into the Coupling.

Install the O-Ring into the open end of the Female QD. Then use the Male Nipple to push the O-Ring down into the Female. It is helpful to put a light coating of a PROPER oil, onto the O-Ring, prior to installing it into the Coupler.

When you are all done, the Male Nipple will lock into place inside of the Female Coupling. You SHOULD feel a LITTLE resistance, just before the Coupling locks together.

When you are done, the seal should be air tight. You can test it by blowing through the Remote, with your finger blocking the Gun End of the Remote System.

Many Paintball Shops and Web Sites carry these O-Rings, too. Once you find the correct size, buy several, so that you have a few spares, for the future.

In the future, be sure that the gun is fully degassed, before you unlock the QD Female Coupling. That way, the O-Ring will not be damaged, and will not be blown out of, the Female Coupling.

Good Luck!
