That looks awsome, but I don't really like the stock A-5 grip on your barrel. Sweet job!

NICE! loose the a-5 grip from the front and see if you can loose the space between the front sight and the M16 front grips then it would look awesome

9.5/10 (only because of the space up front)

it's a cool milsim, cheek rest is nice. Why the dual mag though? I mean there is dead weight and then there is DEAD weight hahahha. Kinda looks like alot of show with little go to me.

well,

1) I M4'd the A5 which is obviously based on the MP5
because the A5 is the best platform to begin with. I
wanted an M4 look and I certainly wasn't going to
start with a Spyder.

2) The sling goes through the front site instead of the
the normal place because I find it hangs from my
chest more comfortably like that.

3) And the double mags? well, I have no excuse for
that .... it just scares the kids. I like it when people
ask... do you have paintballs in there? :)

it looks good...but u basicly took the machine gun look outa it...now it looks no better then a armotech pos no offence...but becides that it looks sweet, and it realy dont matter what any of us say because what matters the most is if u are happy with the gun

I like the foreward vert grip. It looks exactly like one you'd put on an M-4 anyways. The only thing I'd change would be the cheek rest because I'd be afraid of it messing with my mask. But if it doesn't, it's cool.

Looks super...but how much does that thing weigh?

Posted By: Project Irene
Date Posted: 16 June 2004 at 12:07am
It looks great, but as far as functionality is concerned, I'm not so sure. I hope you don't use the dot sight with it sittin so high up on the gun, and it also looks heavy as mess.

Posted By: incinereight
Date Posted: 16 June 2004 at 7:47am
Functionally the red dot works pretty well and it sits
up high enough that the cheek rest does not push
into my mask making it hard to sight in. As for the
weight .... yep .. it weighs a ton. I look at it as weight
training as well as paintball. I use a tac sling with it
all the time so I only have to really deal with the full
weight of the gun whan I'm actually aiming at
something. :) But yeah .. it's really heavy.

the flatline requires mid-high quality paint. anything below big ball or midnight will tend to break in the barrel. the JJ is a self cleaning barrel. so, distance or self cleaning? i'd go with distance.

it's a lot heavier than a stock A5. Most of the stuff on
it is mil-spec stuff bought at gun shows not paintball
stores.
