Heres my recently aquired turtle orracle. I havent gotten to shoot it much because my loader hasnt arrived. But just holding it is like an orgasm in your hands, its simply amazing.

i was actually planning on buying a mech cocker, untill i found this. but if i bought everything new, i definatly would have gotten a race frame the smc ram is amazing, but i havent gotten to compare to much other rams, so im not a reliable source. |

O ya i forgot nice! Go use it NOW! i want to hear your review on the turtle. Do you have to send your origanal gun to the turtle people? or they send you a turtle body?....can you use the vl200 test to see how the worrblade eyes are, and pm me with the result or just post them? IS that a samuri trigger? if so how good is it? THats exactly the set up i want to have but everything to be wgp and in blue....and a turtle body. -------------

im still having a bit of trouble with the regs (i think) when start to dryfire the gun sounds like it just recocks, not shoot. and i made sure the eyes are off. so im not sure whats wrong with it. its not a samurai trigger, its a sanded down stock trigger. |

cutting down the back block, reduces weight (less kickback, more speed) and it doesnt use as much pressure. im sure theres more, but im not fermiliar with them. |

I definately think you should get a Sidewinder... Not only because it's an insanely awesome reg, but i think it would look really good on that Cocker (which is a rarity when it comes to Sidewinders) -------------

| ive been considering a sidewinder... i just gotta save up some money firts. i got a smaller tank so i need a new tank cover, need some new gauges, im prob getting some new springs, and the cost of paintballing too. im guessing a sidewinder will be aquired over the winter. |

Ok, that gun is sick. Why when i pmed you a while ago you said it wasnt your gun? Anyway, i love it, but i dont like turtle-orracles. They look... weird. I would rather just buy a gun that is made a halfblock from the start, like a race halfie.

back when you pmed me it wasnt my gun. you saw it in my sig first. back at that time i was in the buying stage. working out loans and such. but it arrived to my door the day i started this thread. I love the race halfies, but thats about a 1300 dollar gun, i bought this used for 725 shipped. if i started it from scratch, it would be completely different (race frame/or mech, different body, and probably a strait asa. but i love it how it is, im not complaining. it was a steal too. |

the gladi doesnt have if in flat black but you can always get it custom anoed the aka has 3 sizes the longer one has a better volume, better recharge. but i like the stuby one it matchs w/ the bottom of the grip as for the check my bro had car problems... and im in canada right now. *edit* ahh the trigger is get some delrin detents also. you dont want to wear in to the bolt too much. i forgot how much it is to get another one but it might be a bit. ------------- |

i just need money in general. its not the price of you fixing it up, its buying a replacement. though you walked me through timing it, i still need to get some more things checked out. -the low velocity -(i think it has to do with timing) when the gun is cocked, the bolt still hangs a bit in the breech so a ball can not feed. -i need some gauges so i can get my gun back running at the right pressure, i have no clue where any of the regs are set at -i also dont have a tank cover, i bought a smaller tank. then i could look into a samurai, and an aka reg. |

as for the low velocity, did you try adjusting your IVG? If you tried that, set the pressure on your reg higher. With the gun cocking wrongly or whatever, unscrew the backblock a few turns or so and see if that helps it any, and if not (which it should) set the pressure on your LPR up higher. and with the guages and things i cant help ya with that, but if you have any questions PM me. ------------- http://tippmann.com/players/forum/wwf77a/forum_posts.asp?TID=126701&PN=3 - Oh yes i did. |

yea its the bad one, i did some work on it. i filled the cracks with this like plastic sealent tar my dad showd me. I guess ill keep it for now, it gets the job done. ill prob get new shells for it or somethin. i still hate the weight of them, halos are so heavy, and i dont have the paintballs or the 8 double a batteries in it. edit: evil, see the distance from my body and the back block. i can still feel my bolt in the breech when its cocked. even with that distance uncocked. |
