I was recently in the market for a red dot sight. I saw the huge prices of the adco and decided against it. Instead I bought a Tasco Red Dot Sight (model: BKRD 30). I was hoping it would fit on either the flatline shroud or the regular sight rail, but it didn't. It has a base diameter of 30mm. I then discovered a cool product called the Lapco Dovetail sight, which allowed you to not only use it as a raised sight rail, but as a mount for other sights <i also know of the problem with the screws>. Any way, I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience or knows of a way <other than ducktape> to mount this scope onto my gun. Thanks, ZoSo_45 |

sights suck on PB guns..you just don't have the time to look and put the dot on target.
I had a adco red dot on my Phantom for about 2 days of play.. then took it off and put it on my .22

the sight doesn tfit on the lapco sight rail? most unusual, just return the sight for another that fits ur setup. -------------

Well i don't know if it will because i haven't bought the rail yet. I was asking all this because i was thinking of getting a black point engineering stock, and wanted a raised sight to deal with the mask geting in the way.
