The prodotype you are looking at (m203) took 150 man hours to design and built. It can now be built under 2 hours. The handguard is sch 40 pvc pipe that has been machined to get the groves.(no airsoft guard). no its not an air soft hand guard its a pvc pipe , and yes you can fire paint balloons too, i fired 15 paintballs on that video. have a question wich would be better or look better?

WOW!!! That is really sweet.
