I have some silver spots on the black paint on my 98c. I have searched and I haven't really found what I was looking for. How can I cover it up I have used alot of spray paints. And yes the body is metal. The paint will like harden and gun up finally stay on there. Then it will just like rub off or tape will easily take it off. My gun looks like a ghetto cow someone help. And i'd really perfer it to stay black. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

My gun is covered in scratches too from superman dives over the snake gone bad lol (thank god im using a tippmann cause another other gun would of broke)

Anyway you could always repaint your marker (instructions can be found with a search and some are in the Uber FAQ I think)

Or you can do what im going to and just put stickers over them.

The stickers will also give you a much higher rate of fire.

I have tried spraypaint it will still come off. Maybe i'm not letting it sit enough how long should it sit after I spraypaint the spots?

24 hours is a good time to let paint sit. Follow instructions on the can, perhaps?

The paint will come off if it only sits a few hours.

Just leave it. Show all those b00ns on the field that you've got a r0x0r marker thats actually been used. Heh, I guess that's hypocritical, as I plan on painting mine this summer.

PS. Tippmanns pwn all and shoot faster than any other gun including dm4s, mags, impluses etc. (kidding - of course).

Try using primer before you paint it. There's a reason they make primer.
