Hello I have a tippmann 98 custom with a J & J ceramic barrel and a richochet hopper with a remote line.  I play woodsball and I was wondering which upgrades are best for me to buy next.  I am not interested in getting  a nitrogen tank I just use C02.   Thank you

Not on a normal gun 98c is too highpressure for macroline unless you have a lpk or a reg or nitro something like that. Unless you have one of those you should stick with the steal braided.

That's not true, macroline still works with high pressure. I used it with CO2 before I switched to HPA.  Steel braid is more durable, but macro will still work. I never had any problems whatsoever.

That is so funny because I have the setup and it works just fine. YOU WONT SEE ME also has the setup and has never experienced any problems. I hate when people say something about macroline and have never used it first hand.

the only difference between macroline and steel braided is steel braided is macroline with a steel braided hose around it, they are one in the same. one just has more protection from nics and cuts.

what would an expansion chamber and, vertical adapter, macroline kit and and siphon tubes do for me. and how much would it cost

ex-chamber wud expand the liquid co2 therefore ure gun won't be shooting white mist that wud give ure position away, the vertical adaptor allow the chamber to screw in or a co2 tank, the macroline kit will let u change ure tubes if they wear or tear and the siphon tube gets rid of the co2 liquid approximate cost-$50 min and $80 max

So a macroline hose fitting would connect to the expansion chamber and the macroline hose would connect to the fitting and to the bottom line Is that correct

Or would it be better to buy a model 98 6 stage expansion chamber kit that has all the stuff I need to install it including the vertical adapter and stuff
