Ya, its a little thick i noticed, making it a heavier barrel. But you never know till ya shoot em yourself. But ya probably will sell for around 35, kind of a lower end barrel.

I bet that's exactly what they are. Tippmann doesn't make it's clothing, or paintballs, I doubt they make these barrels. Expect generic CRAP to ear the tippmann name now since the buyout. If they come out with a stacked tube open bolt blowback marker, I promise I will never buy a new tippmann gun.

I think the only way they would sell those was if they put them stock on their guns, other than that I don't think many people will buy them.  Well maybe the people who bought the GTA "sniper" barrels will.  And I agree with rednekk98 about the buyout thing, we will probably see "tippmann" coming out with a lot of new things.  But hey a lot of companies are starting to make better versions of tippmann upgrades, such as the BSI e-bolt, so as long as they don't start slacking on their 98 Custom and A-5 quality then I'll stick with them.

I think the point he was trying to make is that the A5 lists for $300 and sells for $230. That being the case, a barrel that lists for $59.99 could easily sell for $35, depending on who is selling it...

I believe BSI made the e-bolt BEFORE tippmann bought the design or something to that nature.

Sorry to disappoint you girls but the 14-inch Werks barrel seems to work every bit as good as the 14-inch teardrop, may even be a bit better.  Have not broken a ball yet and with the preliminary test I have done the Teardrop would have broke at least one.

There must be somthing wrong with your gun if you already broke a ball in your teardrop.

Nope, Tippmann bought the idea from Psychoballistics and then BSI started making their own.

Come on people at least give it a chance, From the report by the ONE person who has accualy had experience with it, it seems to work pretty well. Its not like anyone is demanding that everyone here has to get one, But this could be a great alternative to the thousands of new players with bone stock 98's and A5's, depending on how well this barrel turns out. Humph

No, Tippmann doesn't make the paint, they buy it and sell is as theirs. And red has a 98, so hush.
