IMO, it is more effective to go all out in the beginning. It sometimes takes the opposition by surprise, if they are inexperienced. On, the other hand, if you lay low and let them come to you, they have time to coordinate their attacks, and they can all come at once, where you will have a slim chance of surviving.

it may be good you only got shot 1 out of ten games but how many did you get out. i would say flank or right at em

First off never go by how many times you get it, go by how bad you mess up the other team.

I would more than gladly sacrifice myself to take down an important player on the other team. In fact the last game I played their was a guy who hit the snake with a lot of people covering him, I knew if I would bunker him I would get shot too but I knew if I let him crawl the snake he would take out most of my team, I bunkered him and we both got out and their entire plan got messed up, sometimes the sacrifice is worth it.

Moving is very important, I play speedball so its a bit different but I move as much as I can, the closer you are to the other team, the more uncomfortable they will be (this makes you their first threat and you get shot at the most by far but thats why way I like it, I take all the fire while my back guys make a painting of them)

Well if they are newbs then just fire ur gun so they hide behind their
bunker and walk up and ahoot them. Like today I was playing
speedball and my other teammates were out alrady so it was 2v1
and at the sound of my gun firing they hid behind their bunkers so I
shot one when he looked the other way and lifted his head and the
other I walked up and shot him in the back. So it depends on the
other player's ability. If they are really good, find some good cover
and don't stay in the open too long. But if they are newbs then be
really agressive.

i would say move around, ive done both and moving around i think is better, you confuse the enemy becuase if they spot you w/o you knowing it, your dead. but then if you a "good" sniper then maybe stay in one spot.  try different ways. maybe switch it up a bit.

first of all, the word is snipe not sniper and usually its better to move throughout the field but in my last game, the other team were on assault and all we could do was defend 'cause if we moved, we got lit up. So in some situations it's better to stay back and if the other team is slow than it's better to move up.
