the board tray was the hardest part, i think it must be a different type of aluminum or maybe because it was powdercoated. The feedneck and gas thru were the easiest, i found out a secret way to do it faster  ------------- A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants. He did a great job on that Impulse, but you could easily polish your own aluminum... Just go to the hardware store and get some supplies. -------------

So, you polished it and milled those little slits in the back for him?
