Welcome to the Tippmann Forum, land of fun, sun, and DaveEllis. We have a few rules that we ask you to follow if you wish to stay here. Firstly, no foul language. Keep things to a Prime-time TV rating of language, and we wont have any problems. Excessive use of semi-bad language, or use of the famous "7 little words" including the F-word, the S-word, the C-word, or any racial or sexual slurs will result in a warning. Depending on how over the line you stepped, this could be your ONLY warning before your account is suspended, so play nice. Secondly, thou shalt treat other users with the respect that you would wish to be treated yourself. If you disagree with someones choice of gun, upgrade, religion, sexual orientation, or choice of lunch sandwich, feel free to debate. But flaming or rude remarks aimed at another user will be dealt with swiftly. You will be warned when you cross this line, if it continues you run the risk of having your account suspended. Third, any pornographic, violent, defaming, or otherwise tasteless images posted is grounds for very severe treatment. Do not expect a warning at all if you decide to post some naked cheerleader for everyone to "enjoy". Fourth, thou shalt not post nonsense. Your post count is a magical number, but you will soon learn (hopefully) that it is not a measure of respect given. If you decide to post off-topic or worthless threads or posts, you will be warned. Tempt fate again, and your account could be suspended. Fifth, you will not advertise. Advertising a commercial product is forbidden, as is "come check out my cool new forum" posts. Advertising for paintball games, new paintball store openings, meetings and the like are fine however. Sixth, selling or buying of guns, parts, accessories, upgrades or gear is strictly forbidden on this forum. The fact of the matter is, Tippmann does not wish to be involved in any possible action resulting from someone being ripped off or scamming. There are many other paintball websites and forums where you can sell or purchase gear, as well as ebay. Seventh, discussions of illegal activity, or activities that are extremely dangerous and can result in personal injury or death are prohibited and will be locked without warning. This includes discussions involving illegal drugs, dangerous paintball practices such as tank modification, or barrel silencers. I believe that covers the ground rules. Now lets get you aquainted with the forum. The New Player Forum (where you are right now) is intended for newer players and newer forum members to hang out. Pretty much any paintball question can be asked here. The Gun Gallery is the showoff zone to post pictures of your gear for everyone else to ooh and aah over. Please do not post in the gallery without an image to show. If you need help on hosting images on the web, or posting images on the forum, refer to KRL's announcement topic "PHOTOS Sigs and Avatars" which contains lots of info on images. Paintball Ideas is a section where you can go to post or read tinker ideas about paintball. Post your thoughts on ways to modify your gun, or building things there. Upcoming Events is just what the name says, a forum for discussion of upcoming big games, scenario games, special field days and the like. Thoughts & Opinions is the Off-Topic section of the board. T&O is unique in that it almost never has discussions on paintball. More it is an area to talk about anything else in your life. Some good debates can usually be found there. Tippmann Regulars is a restricted section of the board that only Gold Members can post in. Which Gun Is Best is where you go to ask about gun specific questions. If you have a question about the features of a 98 Custom, or any other gun, this is the place. Upgrades & Customizing is all about upgrading your gear. Want to know what the best regulator or barrel is? Head on over. And lastly, Maintenence & Repair is your area for fixing a broken gun. If youve accidently broken something, check it out. Lots of things can be found with the search function. Up in the top right of the forum is the amazing little  button. Click there and search. Most likely your question has been asked before and been answered.-------------
