^little trick, place your cursor over the link and at the bottom of your browser (assuming your using IE, Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape..etc.  not aol or msn i believe) it will tell you the locatino of the link.  also you could just right click on the link and click properties to view the exact location..

That doesn't help though, because the can make a legit page take you to their spam link. These sites even teach them how, so they can "fool their friends".
