How many games have you been to that feed you for free? I have a free BBQ for the players on the evening before my events and a free pancake breakfast on Sunday morning before the last hours of play. Do many other fields do this?

No.

Giving things away is a bad idea. Food + paintball is a bad idea.

I've never been to an event where they did that- thats a really classy touch I think. It's rare where promoter's of an event willingly cut into their own bottom line to do something purely for the players-IMO. My hats off to you I think that's great .

I've been to a couple 24 hour games that include a saturday night and sunday morning meal in the admission price, but they usually jack up the standard 24hr game fee by about $10 to cover the extra cost. I don't mind the price increase because it's a nice feeling to have a full belly after sleeping in a tent for a couple nights and eating cold MRE's.

I have never been to a field to play, I stay in the woods.

I was never officially sponsored, but every time I playe I am always given free pizza because the shop owner's kids and workers are players with whom I sling paint at.

Go to your local woodsball field and play there, the nasty smell of paint and war-like players are such a great atmosphere, they really are.

Depends on whose house we play at.   If they got mo money, we usually eat, if da don't, we don't.  We don't eat at my house.

I have been to 5(6 maybe) big games that are BYOP, Free air, and free hot dogs(condiments and all) for like 600 people. You can have as many hot dogs as you want if you wait for everyone else...They usually buy too many.
