Are hopper shots ground for calling a player out. The hand looks colorful as well. -------------

check the underside of his hand. If he's got paint on that, then its a wipe. Otherwise, it actually looks like a bunker rub. I mean, its all over the side of that marker. Hopper, barrel, hands, reg, everywhere. -------------

No its not. By NPPL rules a spray is not an out. To be an out the paint mark has to be atleast the size of a nickel or bigger. As a tourney player if that was me or any other player that WOULD NOT be an out. ------------- (I'm a nob with no clue about almost anything...) |
