Bring it to the shop and let them look at it, better to be safe than sorry and while yer there, you can look to see what new items that might have that would be of interest to you.

Yeah have it hydro tested. Any Scooba Dive shops near you? If so they will test it for you. If I were you I would throw it out and get a new one.

Not to scare you but thats how a lil girl died, some kid was messing with his tank and did not put it together right and when it was aired up and on his marker it shot off and hit her in the head. Being a Daddy I would be horrified if that happend to my lil girl.

well think what will happen when you put some CO2 in there and the pressure builds, have'nt you ever seen the movies where they cut off the top of the tank with the axe and the rest of the tank goes flying out of control hitting people and going through walls?

WHAT PN of Loc-tite did you use ?? 242 , 272  , removable , high strength ?!? there are many grades of loctite available , for different applications !! , do you remember what color it was ? YES < THAT MATTERS !! green , blue , red ?? Yikes Man !! if you dont know for sure , take it to your Pro shop ,or a testing center , have them disassemble it and make sure it is properly assembled , the extra bit of money could mean someones life . if you dont want to lay out that kinda cash , trash the tank , make it unusable (after it is empty !! ) by cutting it with a hacksaw ,or a BIG hammer , but please dont subject the people you play around to a hazard they arent aware of !! do it right or call yourself a 500 foot safety zone when you unscrew your tank
