is there a way to fix the double fires that you get sometimes with the e-grip?

u pull the trigger and u get like a double shot. its way too fast for you to be doing it

double bounce is whats its really called, and its nothing your shop can fix. its when you shoot one pull of the trigger and your board reads it as two. tippmann effect couldn't use some of there because of it and they got penalized for it. its weird the e grip does but the e bolt doesn't

Sometimes it's a mechanical problem, caused when the hammer fails to be caught by the sear. Check and make sure the edges are still sharp.

Thats not bounce.

It sounds to me like your hammer might be rounding off a bit, call tippmann and see if you can get a new one, they are good about replacing stuff for free or very cheap.

they do??? Since when??  ^^^

E-grips are capped at like 13 bps. Plus the boards have software written into it to disregard trigger bounce. You won't get trigger bounce either unless you have a lot of mods on your trigger.

Its more likely that the bolt just fails to catch from time to time.
