sorry i couldn't put other drummers up there as well. The list would go on forever. These just happen to be my favorite and in my opinion have or had the most influence on the musical world

i think Lars Olrich (sp?) from metallica is awesome, but i don't know that much about drummers, since i play guitar

The guy from SLipknot...you know he's just out there doing his whole thing playing a different rythm than the whole band and just hitting crap in the fashion that a retarded 2 year old could.

I'm going with Grohl too. He was an amazing drummer in Nirvana and a great lead mean for teh Foo fighters. Although all the choices are strong canidates

John Bonham is the best drummer of all time. he probobly always will be. If you don't have the led zeppelin DVD, go buy it. John bonham has a HUGE drum solo in the song moby **edited**. he ends up soloing for 20 minutes and half of the time he uses his hands instead of sticks. Also at this one concert, John Bonham soloed for an hour on the drums.
