Try calling NPS.
That's the only place I can think of that would sell that much paint at once. I'm pretty sure you can't buy paint directly from RPS. If you did, it would have to be way more than 1 pallet.
So you would have to buy it from a place like NPS. (Is there even any other places like NPS?) And just cause I'm bored, I'm gonna call NPS and find out. Just talked to the NPS person (yeah there's only one  ) and they said they only sell to people with a reseller's lisense.
