Every once in a while the server they use has issues. Thursday morning the site went down because of an apparent issue with the Sprint routers that provide access to my ISP. After spending most of the day on it, Sprint determined that the problem is with some Verizon hardware. Verizon says they'll have someone on it in the morning.
