CAn anyone tell me how much PSI i should set my Reg. to if i don have a lpk? I know the bottle is pre-set to 850 what is the lowest i can drop it to?? like 750 800 or lower. Thanks very much for any help

You can tune it yourself. I'd probably say it's fine and run it at what the tank's putting out, but you can slowly turn it down and test to see if it will sputter or get low velocity. Then bring it up a bit untill it doesn't. If you have you internals polished and nice and smooth, you'll be able to run it lower.

low pressure is just hype. all it does is make ur wallet lighter. just as the person said, just run it at what the bottle is giving u. are u using co2 or hpa? and whut gun u using?

you should only go to 850.  Any much lower and you might starve your gun.
