its when you cut the body of your autococker so the bolt is showing. it looks awsome and is lighter.

what, no it doesn't the "purpose of the cocker" is to be closed bolt, a cocker that has been turtled is still closed bolt

but if you expose the bolt its not closed

Closed bolt means that when the gun is fired, there bolt is closed on a loaded chamber. On an open bolt gun like a tippmann, when you pull the trigger, the bolt closes, chambering a ball, and fires. Having the back of the bolt exposed doesn't alter the closed bolt method of operation.
