its when you cut the body of your autococker so the bolt is showing. it looks awsome and is lighter. -------------

what, no it doesn't the "purpose of the cocker" is to be closed bolt, a cocker that has been turtled is still closed bolt -------------

| Closed bolt means that when the gun is fired, there bolt is closed on a loaded chamber. On an open bolt gun like a tippmann, when you pull the trigger, the bolt closes, chambering a ball, and fires. Having the back of the bolt exposed doesn't alter the closed bolt method of operation. |
