I'd pick D-12 just because of that song my band how **edited** can you get i'm sorrie but that is the worst song in the worst EVER!!! Also there is nothing wrong with Likin Park if it wern't for them I wouln't listen to Rock at all.

Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, AFI, The Vines, Crazy Town, Drowning Pool, The Starting Line, YellowCard, Radiohead (i personally don't like them at all) At The Drive-In, Any band that tries to look like they are from England Durring the 60's, The White Stripes, Any of the new stuff from Incubus (don't mix politics and music, keep them seperate) The Used, Evanescence, Nickleback, Blink 182, Box car racer, New Found Glory, Limp Bizkit, Thrice, Thursday, and pretty much any local band for me here in Washington. I saw Metallica and Evanescance on the list...
Metallica hasn't put anything good out since their release of Load (i'm not implying that Load is good... Load was the start of the downfall), but they were a darn good band for a long time. Evanescence is hated by a lot of people, and I don't understand why. They aren't my favorite band, but out of all of the newer bands, they are on my list of the ones with actual talent. -------------

At the Drive-In is excellent, some of it gets technical (considered
what gets passed off as music these days) and it's very original. I
play music too. To each his own, but trying to pass around the idea
that At the Drive-In is sub-par musically for its genre is wrong and
unfair.

D12 isnt a band there a group. None of them play their own instruments or have any talent for that matter. Linkin Park sorry those guys are just lame. and i dont care for zepplin, Guns N' Roses, or Metallica, but they are talented(well Metallica used to be talented). and the best old school bands are AC/DC, and CCR. the talent now-a-days is sorry, well the talent in the music that is popular is horrible. i know that not many people like stuff like this, but the talent is what made me fall in love with it....check out some Dying Fetus, Aborted, and F l e s h i t i z e d (if you can find one of their cds). Death Metal, the talent is unbelievable. |
