Take your Pod and Paint, they're both important to filling your pods with paint, tear a hole in the bag the size of the pod, make it big enough for the pod but not too big!
If your pod has a lid thats removable, remove it (Some 140 size ones do, the 100's do not have a removable lid most of the time)
Put your pod into the hole of your bag, put it a bit in there.
Grasp the bag firmly with both hands (I don't have 3 hands albeit it was hard to grab both and take pics)
Now, Tilt the bag so the balls roll in
By filling your pods this way you keep Dirt,Oil and Sweat off your paintballs which helps keep them cleaner, longer lasting and shooting better.

You can still do it with 100s, figure it out on your own.

i love watching people filling by hand, or trying to pour by bag, they take forever, they are clumsy, and always end up spilling paintballs.
the Tornardo Pod Loader was well worth the $18 i paid for it, takes all of 30 seconds to fill all 6 of my pods, and hopper and i'm back in the game. You can't go that fast doing it by hand.
