I was at Holden Beach in NC/SC, and I was comin out of a surf shop when I saw two signs.....one said "HUMP" the other said "Speed Limit 2" It was posted in the middle of a parking lot....... ------------- ROCK IS DEAD!!! Long Live Paper and Scissors |

They can give out more tickets this way. See, you'll be looking closely at your speedometer trying to mentally gauge how far is 2/5th's of the way between 10 and 15 miles per hour so you're not speeding, and then they can nail you with inattentive driving.
And if you ignore the sign, they can bust you for speeding more than likely. -------------

Right next to my school, the speed limit is 15km/h. The actual limit is 30km, but tight beside the school (in the driveway thing) is lower. |
