Well, that grapics card I was so happy about decided it really hates me.  Right now I am running off the built-in grapics card on my PC, so the forum and all programs are "icky".

Does anyone know what I should do?  The card is in right, and we did everything right (started up PC, installed the standerd drivers, than installed the specific drivers) but it wont work right.  Any help is greatly appriciated.  Thanks!

did you disable the onboard video,if possible?

try fully removing the previous vid card drivers then installing the latest nvidia ones.

what do you mean by "icky"?

Nope, the screen goes blank.

Unfortunetly, this computer apperntly doesnt have an onboard graphics card, so i have no clue what its using.  As for the old drivers, we havent disabled them (i can find them), but I think they are disabled because we are apperently running off the Nvida drivers.

That's probably half the problem right from the start...

But seriously, first make sure the graphics card is properly seated in it's slot. Disable the onboard video in BIOS. Go into Windows, and delete your Display Adaptor in Device Manager. Let Windows reboot, and upon next reboot, try installing the proper drivers.

I got it to work (yay!)

I dont know what the problem was, but we reformatted the PC and reinstalled windows.  The version we had was to out-of-date.  Its running now.

Thanks again for all the help guys!

You could have just updated your drivers instead of wasting all that time.
