Yes. They are working on a new gun. Same with WGP, WDP, Bob Long, Kingman, Eclipse, Free flow, and every other company out there...

I like answering this one. After having a roommate who was a business major, I know how this stuff works.

Chances are, The new marker is close to, if not completely ready to be marketed but for one little thing...the A-5. Tippmann is making plenty of money off of the A-5, enough that putting a new marker out at this point would negate their sales. The new product would actually be in competition with the A-5 and it's upgrades. They'll wait until the A-5 sales spike to release their new one. Milk the current line for all it's worth, then go with something fresh.

Sure. Why would they go thru the costs of retooling their shop to mass produce a totally new marker, when the A-5 hasn't been on the market that long yet, and is still selling very well.

Also the 98 Custom is having some pretty decent sales themselves... and they dont wanna a 3-way  Sales thing going on.

The 98c's are still selling, yes, but they aren't making NEARLY the prifit off of those as they are off the A-5.
