or not....But it's fun, so who cares? I hate many things about Connecticut, but at the top of my list are: Bob's Discount Furniture 
Him and his ugly wife do their own comercials and he always ends them with his whiney, high-pitched, catch phrase "Come on down!" The only way in hell i'm "coming on down" is if i'm carrying a baseball bat and a cattle prod. I hate you, Bob...Please die. Keith Koontz

New Yorkers (who I have no problem with ) move here when they are like 3. Then the grow up and as teenagers think that since they "lived" in NY should have NY accents. So they have the thickest (not to mention fakest) NY accents, more accent than they have in NY. I had a fight with a girl who insisted it's pronouned dawg not dog . -------------

Well Im a Floridian. Im a native. My state is the butt of many a joke, so ive learned to except so much of the crap from my state. I HATE Jeb Bush. Leave it to a Bush to screw everything to hell and back. I hate the fact we are killing the Everglades. I hate the fact we are whored out to tourists. I hate the fact the big devolopers have the state by the balls. I dont hate the old people, I just hate the ones that still drive at age 90. I hate people that say "OMG I AINT LEARNIN SPANISH THEY SHOULD JUST LEARNS SOME ENGLISH THIS IS 'MERICA!" I hate Disney World I hate all theme parks.

Welcome to Indiana, there's more than corn in Indiana, at Indiana Beach! ---------but everywhere else there is CORN. LOTS OF CORN. It's bad here in the mid west. I feel bad for the poor people in the western Midwest. Hundreds upon hundreds of acres of nothing but corn, beans, and wheat. I love the idea of farming and agriculture, it's what made this country.... and the Industrial revolution, but I just want to get away from this.... corn. I look to my left, I see corn. I look to my right I see oh my god a bean field. Crop rotation is my best friend. Except that I do believe that immigrants should make an attempt to learn English if they're gonna live here. No reason why we have to do ALL the adapting on our side, and they don't even bother. I still think people should learn Spanish (I know enough to get out of an emergency and some basic conversations after three years of it) but not be forced into it because immigrants refuse to learn it. In my city, there are something like 3 per 100 Hispanic people who speak even basic, chopped up English and are barely understandable. It's really frustrating when I go to a restaurant and nobody speaks my language, especially when it's in a majority white or black area. I sympathize, having been to two Spanish-speaking countries and being forced to use my education to communicate, but in a single school year you can learn enough of a foreign language to survive. English may have its quirks, but it's not rocket science. ------------- Is God real? You'll find out when you die.

| Opressive gun laws, high taxes, the fact that the roads in this half of the state look like they've been hit with artiliary fire but they'll spend millions of dollars on the roads in Boston, plenty of which I'm sure goes to the Irish mob. **edited** Marrige laws that have made us the laughing stock of the country. Also having more cops per capita than any other state and appearently needing to hire more. But of course the crime rate in the citys is skyrocketing, but that's because they send all he cops into the boondocks to write traffic tickets to middle class people who probably wont shoot them. Also, Ted Kennedy. John Kerry isn't one of my favorites either, but there are plenty of worse things coming from this state, John Kerry looks out for what's best for John Kerry, so he's kindof irrelivant to MA. |
