Look into a 98 Sniper, the flatline is pretty accurate once you get the Curve down on it.

okay...one, dont say sniper on this forum unless you wanna get flamed. Two, this isn't a which gun question, its misleading and should be filed under the Which Gun is Best Section. Three, welcome to the forum bud.

The most important thing you need is a mask, then your gun, then CO2. If you want accuracy, try a 98c with flatline. If you arent interested in that, maybe look into a pump. Phantoms are one of the best out there. Another pump you may like is the WGP Sniper. I have heard good and bad things about it though.

ok first off rocker doode it doesn't really matter this is the new player forum. dont worry about little stuff like that. secondly i would go for a 98c or if you wanna spend the money A-5 but which ever you go with gt the lapco bigshot 12 or 14 inch thats a greate barrel for what you want to do secondly look out for what he said about snipers people are strange in this forum and they think that by jumping in the threads and saying THERE ARE NO SNIPERS IN PAINTBALL they are going to change somebodies opinion. ne wayz welcome to da forum

350 to spend? you can get a nice A-5/flatline setup for that much. Heck I think you can even get that with an e-grip. Anyways, look around, get the A-5 since you have 350 to spend.

A-5 with lapco bigshot 12"
2 16oz c02's
A decent mask. (look into JT, DYE, and V-force)
A-5 @ $225
Bigshot @ $50
Mask @ $50
2 16 oz's @ $20 each
Little over your budget, but it'd be a nice starter setup.

okay, sorry vance...i was harsh, but seriously, dont spend too much time on asking questions about snipers...there really are no snipers in this game and you will soon, and hopefully not, but most likely painfully, figure that out... . But good luck on your quest to become a sniper, and in my opinion: 98c, flatline, any scope that fits your fansy (try out a bunch at you local shops). Oh yeah, camo suit...

I wouldn't buy upgrades untill you go out and play with your gun stock atleast 3 times.
What you want and you play will change strongly, we all want the be the sniper when we start but most of us quickly realize its not very effective in paintball, just go out and just play with your stock 98c for awhile, than after if you want range go for a flatline, if you want accurate barrel go for a Custom Products 1 peice.

^ was that sarcastic?
All guns have the same accuracy (some say cockers shoot better, I have yet to see it proven), the phantom is a pump so he would just be giving himself a handycap by getting less bps.
