I am doing mods to my sterio and can you touch the wires leading into a subwoofer while they are hot? I need to try a few things before I put the new one in, and I want to try some things. OH yea, do you have a compacitor?? If so, then I wouldnt, But if you dont, then its only power from your car battery.

Put the two wires on your tongue to cool down. i wouldn't suggest wiring it hot. The 12v isn't much at all, but its a lot of amps. Plus you run the risk of peaking your subs, not comfy when your right next to them. ------------- http://www.anomationanodizing.com - My Site

I mess with them live...but crossed them, blew a fuse, sucks. Never been electrocuted though, just don't cross them or touch both at once. ------------- When a Monkey runs out of paint, he throws FECES! |
