well, I've never bothered to post a pic of my gun, cause its pretty much just another standard milsim looking gun. But anyway, here it is. Modeling it after the C8 FT carbine.

besides the little cosmetic stuff, the upgrades of any real significance are the RT and the Dye Boomstick under that front grip.

i like the gun, the bathroom isn't bad either. are you running a remote, if not you should, they really help the overall authenticity(sp) of milsim guns. i'm liking the gas through mag too.

I was actually think'n about doing something like that. If not a working m203, I was think'n of maybe getting a q-loader there, and makin the pods look like an m203.
But right now, I've just got an x-board Revvy feadin the gun.

as for the clip, i just bought an airsoft mag off of ebay for like 7 bucks. then, modeled it around the gasline.

Thanks for all the comments guys.

^^ wow, thats pretty sweet, except the thing is a little mis-proportioned.  The clip should be farther back but i understand it was to cover the front grip.  The 98 is just a long gun.

It was hard work but it paid off in the end, it looks sick.

Well, not all that much actually. I got the gun with Boomstick and R/T for around 250 canadian. The front grip was 20 bucks, the clip was 7, and the the sight w/rail was around 30. The shoulder stock was 60. So....I've spent $367 canadian on this gun.

American is worth around 30 cents more i think.(don't quote me)

and that last pic is a "real" gun, thats why he said his "Colt". but thats a nice gun none-the-less, both paintball ones and the real one.

If you don't want to mill off that front grip, you could always mount an M-203-style launcher there.

Thjat doesn't make sense mounting a vertical grip on a horizontal grip it just eliminates the ability to use the horizontal gtip which is what its there for.

if you notice he has a rail system on the front... most rail systems for the M4 (the real one) require the use of some type of vertical grip...

then how would he mount the stock? if it can be done, that would be sweet, but most likely an RT is all it's gonna get,

i like it. i normally don't like 98c M-Series milsim, but yours looks more realistic than most. keep it up. flip the hand guard, take off the front grip, and mill off them letters, and you're golden.

nice gun but i think you should have a q loader only because if you can make it a little to look like a 203 like some type of cover instead of having a hooper which takes realistic stuff away.

EDIT oops nvr read the whole thing it was said all ready
