I just bought an M98 Tippmann. I know that I am probably looking to far into the future but should i upgrade to one of the autocockers or should i upgrade to the a-5 when i get better or what should i do? I was thinking about upgrading to angel, but that costs to much, and i am more interested in american made markers. angel is european. oh yeah, i was using my friends a-5 with the response trigger and personally, i dont like it, all it does is waste paintballs, you dont need to hit someone 12 times to get them out, im just as good with semi-auto

What type of gun you get depends on one how much money you have and two what type of paintball you play (woodsball vs speedball).

Well changing from a m98 to a karni is a big change so i think you should go for something smaller, i suggest getting a bko or b2k with eyes made by indian creek designs

Yet, you originally wanted an Angel? I would go 'Cocker and upgrade it as needed. If you want you can get the E-Blade (which is made in Europe) but you will have some nice speed. Still not as fast as an Angel, or DM4, but also still faster than the normal person can fire without and bounce or cheat boards.

i like autocockers alot but if you get one you really should know what you're doing, everytime i go out and play at the local field theres always someone there with a non-working autococker

i think you should stay with your 98 for at least a year or two and upgrade it then after you've developed your style and determined what positions you like the best you will have enough knowledge by then to know exactly what marker/setup will suite you best, also, when you go out to play you can ask to shoot some other peoples guns and go hang out at the proshops and ask questions, and if you set some money aside every week inbetween paying for paint and upgrades after 2 years you'll have enough money to get something really nice
