those things murdered my old computer screen.. it cracked it.. and i
had to get a new one.. i hate airsoft... and kids that try to shoot me
with airsoft guns and hit computer screens

I wasn't planing on getting a Beretta. I was gonna get the cheaper CZ-75b but my day went and got the Berreta and suprised me. BTW Happy B-day to me! 21!!

Springers are anywhere from 5-50 for pistols and a little more for rifles.
Gas pistols are anywhere from 50-200 And AEGS are anywhere form 200-1000. And dont say you hate airsoft just because youve had bad experiences with springers, its like saying you hate paintball because brass eagles arent accurate. Well anyways heres my Tokyo Marui MP5A4 AEG. If anybody wants to see a video of it, ill be able to send it tommorrow (need to be at my moms house) Heres a pic of it  -------------

when i turn 18 i am getting a closed bolt rifle (prob remington 700)

I for one could never hit ANYTHING with a pistol. I'm much more of a rifle man, but the barettas really are nice guns. Taurus pistols are crap from what I hear. ------------- ? |

Very Nice
I shot alot of Barretas in the Marines. In competition I found them to be very accurate. I had better scores with the Barreta than with the 45 match guns. However, I wasn't impressed with the durability, they wore out fast and I have seen two blow up. Actually it wasn't all that dramatic, the barrels swelled up and cracked. We had to send a whole truckload of ammo back. Another problem with the early versions is they tended to blow the slide off. The solution was a washer in the back so if the slide blew off it would kick it to the side so it would miss your head. How's that for a confidence boost. My biggest eyeopener was when I started shooting pins. Line up five bowling pins and see who can knock them off the table fastest. You find out quickly that the 9mm just doesn't have the energy and you use a lot of ammo getting them off the table. In contrast, it doesn't take a direct hit to knock one off with a 45. The 45 is also slimmer and lighter. The double stacked 9mm with 15 rounds is kind of fat and heavy. So, my preference for carry and self defence is the 45ACP. Kimber is my favorite. You get alot of upgrades for the price. Sorry about being negative toward the 9mm, They are in fact fun and inexpensive to shoot. I found them to be exceptionally accurate. Just take good care of it, keep it clean and lubed correctly. It will last forever. ------------- United States Marine Corps.... When it absolutely, positively, has to be destroyed overnight! Pistol shooting takes some practice..I went to the range about 2 months ago and rented a H&K 9mm and a Springfield .45acp (all the Berettas where out for repairs LOL).. It was amazing I could barly hit paper at 7 yards.. there was no group.
Yesterday at the range I did much better. I shot at 10 yards and I could actually hit the target.. Like 10 shots in a 6" diameter circle. I shot about 100 rounds of white box Winchester without a single problem. I was kinda expecting some kind of problem from a brand new, not broken in gun. Believe me, If money wasn't a factor I'd have a 45acp. Infact I'm sure I'll have one in the next few years.
