Here is one of the newer phillies in the stable. It's a PMI-1 with a modified stock. It has a Blue Streak trigger assembly, and an added on direct feed. What do you think?

This was already posted in the larger "Pump Contest" thread, but wanted to put it out there where more people will see it.

Kind of resembles one of those old flintlock pistols that pirates would use, what with the rusted look of it. I think if the pump was longer it would look like a real sawn-off/sawed-off shotgun.

I think it would look better with a stock tube, but oh well. It just seems like having it sawed off and then putting a hopper on would throw the balance off a bit.

Using a WGP 45 hopper on it works pretty well. It shoots well, getting around 30 usable shots off of a 12g!

Old skool! Woot. I'd like to see you on the field with that. First I'd like to see everyone flaming you for having a rusty old pump and then I'd like to see you woop them all. Awesome, hope it kicks arse on the field.

Its a pirate pistol, nice you need to make a bigger end on it though like on a musket.

Flintlock pistols during the 1700's and early 1800's were pretty big. In fact, pistols didn't start getting compact until derringers in the mid 1800's. 2 feet long isn't that far from what a real flintlock may have been.

A Dragoon's pistol would be pretty long, probably about 1 1/2' long. They were designed to be fired accurately from horseback. Those would be used from a distance, and a saber would be used up close. The pistol would be holstered on the saddle.
