I have a Tippmann A-5 with a flatline, and i want to get a scope for it because i only play woodsball, but i heard that theres a lot of problems with the hopper and the rail, so i wanted to know what scope i should use and what i should use so the hopper and the rail doesnt interfere with the scope. And whats a good website or store and i could get it at.

PS, I know i shouldnt get a scope

Some good paintball websites:

Paintballgear.com
Countypaintball.com
Opsgear.com

All of the above have very good reps, and you will hear nothing but good things. Opsgear may have exactly what you are looking for, they specialize in woodsball/scenario markers and equipment. I don't know much on the subject of scopes, but I'm pretty sure you want it mounted off-center on a rail. It needs to be on the left so it clears the vision impairing A-5 hopper. Lapco makes an off-center sight rail I believe. Lots of luck.

Don't get a scope.  A red-dot site is going to be your best bet.  The DYE Izon or the Armson Pro-Dot would be your best bet.

AS you can see in my sig i have a Scope on my Pro/Carbine.  Something i have always said i would never do.  I also used to have a 98c with a red dot witch was very usefull for quick sighting/aiming.

The reason i put a Scope on the Pro/Carbine is i tend to play ALOT more rec and woosball now and i dont have the greatest sight for seeing those stupid TINY arm bands SOOO i use the Scope to help me identify the other players and locate opponents from a far and then move in.  It offers absolutly no actual aiming help as it is useless in that respect BUT it does serve its purpose.  Oh and it looks kewl.

The scope i have is a cheap Canadian Tire model (Wally worlds probly got them too).  It is a Tasco adjustable 3-7x zoom 20mm 3/8 dovetail Scope. I got it for $30CDN and it is working great for me so far.

I dont know the probs you are running into on the A5 but mine did not quiet work on the pro carbine without a little moding see the stock Site/ front bolt-rear bolt connecting rod holder was too high so the scopecould not mount onto the gun so i just milled off the site part of the holder and it works great.
