I am searching for a new mask,, good looking, great lense, and low profile. And for some reason the Proto Switch has caught my attention. Now i would have bought it by now but i have noticed there are two versions, EL (WAY CHEAPER, Single Lense) and the FS (Around 60, thermal lense). Now im not an expert on masks or lenses but i dont think there would be around a 40 $ increase from single to thermal lenses. Why is there such a difference ? Also to me it seems as if the EL has a smaller profile which i am looking for ? If it does and i do deside to get the EL could i switch the single lense to thermal ?

dont know about your second question, but thermal lenses is, IMO, a
must. i can remember playing with my non thermal mask and not being
able to see a  thing. the thermal lense, IMO, should be standerd on all masks

i have the fs proto i think it goes beyond lens it has better foam better strap and just better basic things then the other one. by the way it is a great mask my friend has a jt flex 7 and he wishes he had the proto. |

A thermal iisnt a must. If you breathe out of your nose, your mask will never fog. Get a profiler. You can hold them under steam and they wont fog. ------------- Proto Matrix/Crossfire 92/45 Fund- $730/1150 |
