It's by far one of the coolest things I have done to my gun. Thank you so much for your mature support.

its cool but i think the tape looks a little cheap and maybe you could paint your a5 to match a little better.

That's better.
As a matter of fact, I am going to paint my A-5 green down the road. No plans for it just yet. Those grips are just a base green. I'll give the whole thing a weird hybrid speedball/bush camo paintjob that incorporates stuff like patters, flames, military insignias etc into the paintjob. The grip and drop will follow.
However the drop is more a temporary solution, an experiment if you will. I will probably get a green anodized 32 degrees flame drop and throw the homemade one away.
The idea behind all this is to confuse the hell out of people. Paintballers tend to expect one of two things...
1. Speedball gun 2. Milsim gun
Combining the two is something you don't see very often.

Prepare to be flamed by all the closed minded idiots that couldnt build what you did if their life depended on it.
Good work, you just need better paint skills.

I like the foregrip a lot, but not so much the drop, but I like the home-made aspect of it. Make the foregrip a little more flush and fitting and I'll hump it.

but if you paint the drop and handle thing,
it will look cool!!

Whatever works for you my friend, I think the foregrip would be cool if It was black like the rest of the gun but the drop looks weird

I like the foregrip alot, and i think your concept is cool. Can't wait to see it finished. I just dont
like that dropforward too much, but good job on making it yourself. Also is the foregrip metal?

Both the foregrip and drop are made from plywood and sheetmetal. Plywood on the inside, sheetmetal on the outside. The sheetmetal reinforces for strength and mounting capability.
One reason I made the drop is to find out (Without buying one) how I would like a drop that goes 3 inches forward, 3 inches down, like the flame drop. Like I said, probably won't keep it... will get a better one later.
These mods costed me $0 to make. I already had all the materials and tools I needed.

Good first attempt , suggestion for the foregrip , beavertail it !! (easy to do , and it makes the foregrip look meaner , and fit better in your hand , even if you never put your hand there !! )
Umm,, some may take "beavertail" the wrong way,, look it up in gunstock terms before you snicker too much .

The front grip could use some sanding, i like the green tho it looks
like the front end of an AWP...sorta. The drop...you could do without.
And the only thing that people are gonna get confused about is if you
are serious about that drop.
**edit** Do you have a folding stock on that thing?

I do have a JCS folding stock. I was going to remove it for these pics, and affix the A-5 buttplate, but couldn't find it so I just unscrewed the stock. The stock is the JCS MP folding stock. Previous to applying this foregrip and drop I had an MP5k milsim setup.
You may remember the last set of pics, I had a gas thru mag, vertical foregrip, and the whole thing was covered by jute string and netting. The tippmann forum kiddies said it looked I dropped it into the river and it got covered is seaweed :)
I ditched the milsim look because I think I'll probably get a WS66 as my milsim gun, plus the RT doesn't work so well with co2+remoteline. The plan, as stated earlier, is to make this gun into something that seriously confuses people... it's going to be a total milsim-speedball hybrid... some will love it, and some will HATE IT. I'll probably even ripoff a speedball name and call it something like "The Tippmann Intimidator" or "Bionic Bushmaster" or :"Cocker N Balls".
I like the beavertail idea! That'll give the foregrip a bit of personality. I could even put a laser sight on it (since laser sightrs are very small).

i agree with AXE, most of what you people make, you flush on a daily basis. i think it looks cool, and he deserves credit for his idea. keep it. i've made some cool stuff, and some not so cool stuff, but it's the effort that counts. so, let's see your home made mods, then you can talk.

I will say, I love the foregrip idea. It came off very well, and it's a new idea.
I'm not a drop forward fan, but it's still a great piece of workmanship. Congrads on being able to pull it off yourself. Ignore the nimrods who will swear to it's 'ugliness' If you're going to paint it all up anyway, than it really doesnt matter what it looks like now does it?
Excellent work.

Hmm, that reminds me of the sledgehammer style grip I was going to
attempt at making. Anyway, you may want to consider using something
other than plywood for making stocks and especially drop forwards, the
stuff isn't exactly tough. Also perhaps give the foregrip a bit of a
lower profile it seems a bit too far forward. All in all though, good
going on some new concepts.
