or Black Hawk Down, I also love the Band Of Brothers Series... and We
where soldiers.... also if anyone remmbers patton.

BoB in the Pacific? What are you talking about? The 101 never went to Japan or any island. They disbanded after VE day. (Victory over Europe)

Kelly's heroes? Wow. I thought I was the only one that remembered that movie.
It's one of my favorites, even if theme song gets stuck in my head for days on end.
~Band of Brothers is a favorite, as is The Longest Day. There's so many...I love the classic war movies though.

I loved Black Hawk Down. I also liked the Band of Brothers and Saving Private Ryan. Full Metal Jacket was funny, but it wasnt very good. After they left boot camp it wasnt that good anymore...

Personally, I think that Full Metal Jacket sucks once they get out of Boot Camp. I like Braveheart. That's a "war" movie, right?

Yeah, they would have to choose a new company, and I got this from the USA Today awhile back that Tom Hanks and Stephen Speilburg are going to do another series.

I think I only saw one mention of Apocalypse Now in this whole thread.. It's a great movie, not the redux, the old one. Full Metal Jacket is good. I really liked BoB. The Great Escape is awesome too. Apocalypse Now would have to be my favorite.
