I was thinking about getting an e-mag.  Then i saw the x-mag and wanted that.  Is the x mag really worth $600 more than an e-mag or am I just better off with an e-mag that I can costumize?

emag with x-valve is almost the same as an x-mag. but the x-mag still has better parts. one being the body. no only is it better looking, it has a removable breach, and you can buy new breaches if you want a left feed, or right feed, to accomadate(sp) a warp better.

i also heard somewhere that the x-mag is much lighter, the e-mag weighs 5 pounds i heard the x-mag was less

If you can get either it would be great both are no longer made. AGD is selling out all the rest of the E-mags on there site. If you can get an X-mag I'd say get that.

if you get an emag, i highly recomend a ule body. much lighter, better feed neck (not so tall) and they look great.
if you do upgrade to a ule, youd need a barrel, because the ule body doesnt use mag threads, they use cocker threads.
