Hey, I wanted to get one of these for my Rat Jr. but dont know if it will fit. My gun has a small hole tapped under the adapter, and actvil.com said that I need a HFV or AHFV. Will it fit? And what's an HFV and AHFV?   Thanks.

i have the angled asa on my strange imp. so i know exactly what screw you are talking about. The the hfv and ahfv are alteratives for the LPR, if you already have an LPR (which i did) i just bought the angled asa, however i had a problem removing that little screw and i stripped it out, so just used a dremmil and ground the screw flush with the body, and the angled asa went on fine. if you dont have an LPR mounted off the front of you volume cap, or dont plan on getting one, i would go with the hfv, but i would recommend an LPR, i have the SP mini one and it works great. to get additional info go to here... http://www.impulseownersgroup.com - Impulse owners group    hope this helps...heres a pic of my marker with the angled asa on www.hometown.aol.com/p8ntballah213 - imp

Hey, thanks for the Help. I have an ND LPR mounted directly under the barrel. I'm not sure if that would be the volume cap or not. I can use a dremmel and grind down mine too, so that would work then?

ok so u already have the lpr,(the ndz lpr has the high flow valve cap built onto the back of it) so you can just buy the angled asa, you dont have to grind down the screw, you can remove it, but i stripped it out so i just ground it down and it works great, im just not sure if it will perform as well with the screw out, i wouldnt take any chances and i would just grind it down b/c i know that works. good luck
