hey i got a upgraded 68 mag and i have a jj barrel and it is a nice barrel but every now and then ill get a ball with some spin on it and will swerve like a monkey......... and i was curious about the riffled barrels they got out now and if there any good and would be worth investing in (the rifleing is straight not curved like a actualy gun)

I have only tested one rifled barrel (can't remember its' name; not common at all, pricey at 150$) and it wasn't all that much better than my Lapco Bigshot. Your mileage may vary.

There is a small company based out of Florida and is only big in North Texas right now and they sell Hammerhead barrels, It is rifled after R&D for the government, I've seen them in action and they are the most accurate I've seen. Check them out at http://www.hammerheadpaintball.com - Hammerhead Paintball

Rifled barrels don't do anything for paintballs, because you can't get the liquid to spin with the shell. It's like turning a glass of water. It's just a gimmick.

Ive personally seen them work, and why would the government fund them if they didn't work?

go with teh 12 inch the ball needs atleast 8 inches to stabalize and for speedball/woodsball 12 inch is most likely the best...
