does a low pressure kit help with co2 or is it jus for nitro?

A LPR (Low Pressure Regulator) and a LPK (Low Pressure Kit) are two different things...

You don't need a LPK to run nitro/HPA (High Pressure Air) on a tippmann...

A LPR is optional. It helps with consistancy, though.

A LPK can work with both co2 and HPA.
