I hate bestbuy too.  They broke my computer kind of...  I wanted all of the memory transfered to my new one and they deleted all of my music (pirated)...

Thats why you dont buy computers from stores like that....Go to a real computer tech store to get a good computer for the right price and guarunteed warranties without and of the chain store bs.

Pssh.. I havent been in a Best Buy in forever. Circuit City is 10 times better. Better selection and prices. And less people (Because best buy is like 100 feet away and everybody goes there)

I prefer BB ALOT over Circuit City.  Around here, at least, CC has crappy selection and crappy service.  Prices are the same, since they both will match, but BB is so much more convenient...

omg you guys are all retards cc over bb, there both basically the same company, run by the same kinds of people and ripping you off the same way. There both stores, geeze.

I like Best Buy, when you buy expensive things like computers, TV's or other appliances, you can like make deals.  I think its kind of a secret, people don't know that you can get them to come down on prices, or tell them "Hey I'll buy the $1200 TV for $1250 if you throw in that $125 dvd player over there with it"

My cousin worked there, and he found that out.

I wish i had a cc, so i could stay far away from best buy. I went to the store to buy some speakers, which was all i wanted.  The bestbuy guy asked if i wanted the service plan, and i said no. Before i knew it i had 5 guys standing behind the customer service desk basically telling me what a stupid retard i was for not wanting the service plan. I got pissed off when they actually told me that the speakers would break. So i said screw it and took the computer speakers and tossed it back on the shelf. KINDA HARD TOO. I should have just dropped it on the ground and kicked it a few times. But whatever Best buy can die for all i care.

I only get their replacement plan for bigger purchases. When I got my x-box there, they were still 300 bucks, I got the replacement plan. After a year a half the drive went out and I had no problems getting a replacement. Actually, since I had purchased it for 300 bucks, that's what they gave me back. I went in and got an x-box for 170 bucks and had 130 bucks left to spend on whatever else I wanted. Not a bad deal.

Best Buy sold me a 48 inch TV that when I plugged it in for the first time, it started smoking, I unplugged it and immediately took it back. I vowed to never buy electronics there again.

Last Christmas, I recieved a ton of gift cards there and I needed a new printer. Breaking my vow, I bought one there. It doesnt work.

Circut City rocks my world because I dont want to drive an hour just to go to Fry's. Either that or I just buy online when shipping is cheap.

wait a place of working trying to make money...i do that all the time at block buster....its called making profits...using the word no works well though...

i honestly cant see why people have problems with best buy...they installed a cd player in my car just fine, always have cd's at much better prices then say fye or other crappy stores...they have a huge selection of video games...so see no problem with them.

Well i didnt get ripped off, i got treated like dirt. Its only best buy's fault for having the worst damn customer service ever. Its best buys fault for training their employees to lie, and treat customers like !
