all my teammates r/t's on there a-5's work with nitro, but when i use nitro on my 98c r/t, it dont work either. idk.... it wrks with c02 tho-------------

I have nitro, and I was going to get the r/t, what is the prob, with using nitro w/rt on a c-98 please help us.

Did you adjust the RT?

ya i sweetspoted her and everything, still nothing, i throw on a c02 tank, she ripps. the tank was a full 3000psi also. -------------

i smell noob! you may have adjusted the RT to the CO2 BUT! you did not adjust it to the nitro, they are totally diffrent co2 will give you a lot more Punch when it comes out because its compressed a lot more then air is. you have to adjust it to the nitro. and the RT wont work nearly as well with nitro so you need to oil the hell out of the RT. good luck -------------

My 98 custom R/T works fine with CO2 and N2. I do not change the setting at all. I can shoot full auto until the bottle is empty. Check to make sure your HPA/N2 bottle is high output (800-850psi) and not the low pressure (450psi) variety.
N2 is superior to CO2 on any gun due to it's low moisture content, ability to use it in any weather with no shoot down, and in most cases it is cheaper to fill. In this forum, opinions are like body orifices, everyone has one, some are just bigger and smellier than others. ------------- RLTW |
