I'm pretty clueless as far as pump markers go, but I think it would be fun and challenging to play with one.

What is a good reliable pump for around $50 and ABOUSLUTELY NO MORE THAN $100!  And that I can use my 20oz Co2 tank with, and preferably use a hopper and not just 10 rnd tubes.

I was thinking about an SL-68, ACI Maverick, or a CCI Phantom. How good are these guns? I am still open to other sugestions.

Thank you for any reponses.

Also please tell why you chose the marker you did.

EDIT: Please don't say any Brass Eagle guns.

now only if a "pro/carbine" was a pump.

your best bet is to find a used sl-68.
another great buy is a pgp2, but that doesnt use standard co2 tanks.

I was thinking the same thing. I sold my 98 and bought an aci maverick. it is really fun, and definitly a challege.

the only downside is if you have a bump you get ganged buy people who think you will be an easy kill, and they pin you with their faster rate of fire so you cant get that one elimination shot off.

but lately i have been able to survive most games. i am saving for an a-5 though becouse my team wants better suppresion fire.
   hope this helps

ahh pumps. they're the guns of true marksman. not that id use one in a speed tournament. but really. if you do get a pump gun and you practice with it alot, i garuntee that youl become a better shot with any other gun.

Look around ebay for a used SL. I picked mine up for just $64 .

Try calling your local field, and ask to buy a used one. Thats what I did. Was in good shape as far as a rental, and was only $50.
