i was at the fields and the people there didnt have co2 left so we had to switch out for nitro. When i put the tank on and started firing my response trigger wasnt working.  When i got home i put co2 on it and it worked fine. Whats the deal with that? (my friend said i needed a bigger tube for nitro to work... if so do u kno anywhere to buy em?) thanks.

hmm....it might have been a low pressure tank. I'm not sure that the
type of air source should matter with the R/T. What was happening? Was
the R/T just flat out not working at all? Try allowing more air into the R/T valve/piston thing. Unscrew the ROF screw on your R/T ------------- WWBDD?  |

yea if that guy was like usin a nice gun or somethin (check im not just saying this) he was probly usin a low pressure tank, because thats the only thing i could think of. also do u have cyclone? if so was it workin good or not at all either ------------- There is no "I" in "Team", but there sure is a "Me". | yea i have a cyclone it was working fine...... the response trigger was working some but i couldnt sweet spot it at all... but then i could with co2, it was wierd... i dont think it was low pressure... but my gun wasnt shooting as fast... could that be because it could of been low pressure? |

what was the temperature when you were playing? HPA tanks have a pressure regulator... CO2 pressure can fluctuate based on temperature... if it was warm out... your CO2 could have been a higher PSI than what the HPA tank was providing (850psi) which would mean you just needed to tweak your R/T to work with the HPA... ------------- I prefer .223 over .68 --------------------- A-5 R/T Flatline w/ F/X SD shroud F/X Sniper stock Intruder Assault Foregrip SpecterGear CQB 3pt Sling Crossfire 68/4500 (coming soon) |

ok same here, i was planning on using my cocker so i filled my n2 tank and its a HIGH pressure tank BTW. but then the cocker did't work (dam noid), so i had to use my r/t 98c, the r/t did't work with n2 (high press), so i filled a c02, and worked awsome. I think the r/t does not get enough cold/or pressure from a n2 tank compaired to c02. -------------

the temperature shouldn't have anything to do with it though....should
it? My guess is still that the HPA tanks output pressure just wasn't
enough to get the R/T piston going, have you tried turning up the ROF
on your R/T yet? Thats going to let more air into the piston housing
(still haven't figured out the name of that)
