They all look like some form of the A-5. I'll stick with my 98 for now.

I doubt it, that trigger looks too much like the crap on low grade spyder clones.

id still like to try one. bt makes pretty good things. very similar to the a-5, front grip, barrel, reciver, easy removal ss line.
but i realy like the way it cocks in the back like an ar-15/m-16. id buy it just for that feeling.

If you like the way it cocks, buy a used F4 Illustrator. I got my second one last year for $50 off of eBay. They are rock solid guns and take the same barrels as an A5.

Ya but i just noticed something the front sight and the rear sight are
completely useless with the verticle feed. That sucks. Thats one of my
favorite things about a tippmann. You always have a clear view over the
top.

I was wondering that myself so, I emailed the Tippmann General Info email address and asked if Ben Tippmann is in anyway affiliated wit Tippmann Pnuematics and asked bout the new markers he has on his webpage....and to tell you guys the truth, I like BT-16's, its something new and to look at on the market.

they do kinnda look photoshoped.........and am i the only one who thought of this? look at the diamond cut floor on the first gun, then look at the two next ones.....the guns grips are roughly the same size, so compare that then look at the floor.........the diamond cut things are a lot bigger in the other pics.......i dunno, just something i saw.

they are one piece billet bodies, veret. feed. i wonder if A-5 parts will work on them, or if the 98 R.T. system would work on them? i would like to try one out its like he took all the good things from all tippmann guns minus the cyclone and made one gun.
------------- A-5
E-grip
J&J 14 in. 2 piece ceramic
16 in. smart part progressive tough coat finish
8 in. lapco

I did email Ben Tippmann again sometime last week and asked if any of the Tippmann or the other performance upgrades from the other manufacturers would work in his marker but, he never replied.

They were more than just edited to look professional, they are fake. On the second picture it's clear that the sweeper handle and ASA aren't right.

Hmmm. If it weren't for the billet aluminium receiver I'd say he bought a bunch of A-5 receivers, modified them sufficiently to not infringe on Tippmann LCC's patents with the removal of the patented trigger system, cyclone feed ect slapped on some custom parts like the modified charging handle(which is cool IMO) and a Spyder clone gripframe. I wouldn't be surprised if an electronic spyder gripframe would fit. Since it appears to be a single tube blowback design like tippmann guns I'd assume it isn't prone to bind up and could conceivable be a decent gun. By only beef from what I can see is that it's vert feed and spyder type gripframe have crappy trigger pulls. If He could modify the trigger system so it didn't suck(I'm assuming it does), or maybe was just less ugly and made vert feed optional(I'd say going the way of the x-mag and making it modular so you can set up the same gun several different ways would be beyond awsome) I don't think I'd mind taking the risk of buying one if I was looking into that type of marker.

do you think you could just take off the feed neck and use like a warp or q-loader on it? maybe some JB weld to hold it in place?
FYI it is real

The verticle feed neck is fine when using a Warp Feed or the Qloader and its not like yer gonna put a hopper on it anyway but, having a Warp Feed connected to it would get alot heavier compared to using the Qloader.

I like the adjustable front grip. Looking at the pic, I dont think a spyder trigger frame would work.
All in all it is very cool, and has the potential to be more upgradable and tinkerable than a 98.
Way to go Ben.
