Im buying an xbox soon, going to get greg hastings pro paintball and halo... but my questions is should I get Halo 1 before I buy halo 2?

Get both i'm sure Halo 1 has some way of playing itself into halo2 prolly like in the story of the game. But yes i would get halo 1 before Halo 2 -------------

eh...its up to you, Halo is already at a lower price....and will most
likely become a Platinum Hit when Halo 2 comes out...If you wanna play
it that bad, you could go buy it, but I'd just wait the 22 days....or
23, i dunno, I lost count. If you're REALLY desperate, rent it.

if you get Halo 1 before Halo 2, you'll know who Cortana is, and 343
Guilty Spark, and other characters, and you'll have a relative "feel"
for the game so then you'll know what you're doing in Halo 2. The story
is set up to the point where, if you just buy Halo 2, you'll still know
whats going on, but you'll probably miss a few things here and there,
like references to Halo 1 and such...so, no biggie.

The Halo Games have alot of Staory and u should play 1 first. There's also a book we're all supposed to read b4 we get 2. ------------- I need to find smaller pictures for my profile. |

eh, my friend read em, said they were cool, but I'm not too into
reading, A.D.D. kicks in and I'm already either snap-shooting in front
of my mirror(heh, jesse) or I'm chasing my dog around my house....or

rent the first one and play it through to get the jist of
it....then buy halo 2 when it comes out...and you have to get xbox live
so we can play greg hastings

nah as long as you know the basic story of halo 1 you wouldent get confused simple story line -------------
