Hey, i got a 98c right now and am loving it. But....i am looking into somthing faster but dont want to spend a fortune!! i was thinking about getting the spyder fenix, not the acs. Wat are ur guys's opinion? thanks ------------- i hate paintball |

spyders are ok guns butt if you looking for somthing faster than a 98c than you might want to get somthing els not a spyder.......like ummm........silver bullet would be a good one or a diablo mongoose. ------------- http://www.imageshack.us">

yea, BKO is around 300, then i would have to buy HPA, whic is over 100 and i dont have that kind of money. ------------- i hate paintball |

... a silver bullet/mongoose are the same things, if not worse, than spyders. they are clones. basically the same specs, and they are all called around 12-13 bps. get a bsi ebolt for your 98, but that is an expensive upgrade. just do some trigger mods to your 98, and polish your internals and sear. |

I have heard pretty decent things about the Fenix. Haven't tried one myself, but people I trust seem to like theirs. I would stay away from Silver Bullets and Mongooses, though. I hear nothing but bad about those. |

If ROF is your concern, go with a response trigger, and pen mod your trigger for a lighter pull. You should be able to really rip it that way. ------------- "Abortion is not "choice" in America. i got a stock e-99 avant awhile back, well now i amaze ppl on the field, heres wat i did: *new board ( uncapped ) *new trigger (3 way adjustable) *went low pressure (300 and lower) *halo b (ive out shot it on one occasion) *barrel, and a bunch of other stuff im soon gana put and lpr in it, do some body milling, and then powder coating, and some other stuff my gun rips now and is very realiable, its funny when u go to the field you hear, " O man look at that guys angel ", me -"no its a spyder" and their jaws drop i dont have any pics yet, but i will soon, ( need a new camera ) |

Fenixs=No they suck, my friend has one and it chops and like doesnt
even shoot sometimes. Also hard to walk. If u got 180 for tes, best nag
for your buck, later or for christmas get "The One" kit and itll shoot
like a timmy. They work on co2 also. Get a new bolt and you got a
tournament lvl gun for like 200.00$ No spyders, cept em1s. Tes's are
timmy clones, most ppl say damn hes got a timmy lets not play him, but
if u look hard enough, or your just a noob youll know that its a tes.
They rip 17 out of the box, and get a new bolt like i said it rips like
20. I had one tricked it out and traded it for a ebladed orricle, tes's

Then I guess you havent heard of brass eagle. But anyways, spyders have gotten way better over the years, In my opinion they beat tippmanns for speedball. But with the right mods to a 98c the tippmann can be just as good if not better then a sweet spyder. ------------- You call the Eagle, Eagle does the rest. |
