Ok, so im probaly going to join a speedball team in early spring so i was just wondering what kind of gun i should get or if i should stick with my 98c and upgrade it a ton. The guns i was looking at where the Impulse with vision or without, BKO, and E-matrix which is a little pricy for me. If u have any other sugesstions then please tell me. Also i will be joining a 5 man beginners team type thingy with people my age YES....Im only 13.....so keep in mind i dont have a job so would have to earn the money from mowing lawns and stuff thanks a ton Peter ------------- 98c dye excel 12" polished internals sear spring silencer mod V-force profiler googles I know my setup sucks but, im a newb |

i see your basically looking into electronic guns, so i would look into a b2k4 with pds, and maybe a barrel if you can. i wouldnt recomend any type of impulse, they are shooty, inconsistent and very poorly made.... wayy overpriced too if youd consider mechanical guns, i would look into an mag, such as the rt-pro, you could also look into an 03 or 04 cocker and upgrade some parts with the extra money you saved by getting a cheaper gun. |

i agree u should look at a b2k4 - sell ur 98c b/c u will need to get an electric hopper and nitro tank to work with any low pressure gun. personally i dont think mech guns can compare to electros so if u want fast, look at a bko or the b2k4 -------------

Heh... good luck finding a B2k4 w/ PDS... I Agree Impulses Are Over Priced so dont go with that... In the end its nor really worth upgrading the piss out of your 98c, most people end up selling there 98c... What you may find thats worth while and doesn't cost a fortune are these guns...

You can find them for $350 and up if you actually take your head out of your butt for a moment and look. If you're looking for your first electro, and are going to be competing with it, I would go with the B2k4 w/ PDS, or wait a while and get the B2k5 w/ PDS which should be out before Xmas. |

It is the paintball detection system. The gun is made by Indian Creek Designs if that helps. |

calm down there buddy. impluses are overpriced, even at $350 (witch i havent seen but o well). they suck terribly, break all the time, are very inconsistent, and have terrible, terrible stock parts. have a good day. |

Ok so i think ive lowered it down to a couple I think its gonna be a BKO with PDS or that impulse above cause i need to buy a nitro tank and a electric hopper. Oh and what kind of nitro and electric hopper is good?? I was thinking a stubby tank fiber wrapped and with the hopper a egg or halo so tell me if those r good choices. And tell me which gun you think is best.

Im going with the BKO with PDS just because thats what most people suggested oh and are there any upgrades that would make the BKO better?? What Brand Nitro Tank And Hopper?? Ok wow triple post, LOL sorry. I just went to county paintball adn there 2002 Intimidator is only $749 and it can shoot 25+ bps so i dunno the BKO with PDS or i think the Timmy in the long run which has a vision thingy and stuff. Timmy is a good gun and can be aquired at 749. But I myself went
with the cocker aproach because I wanna upgrade it the way I like
it. But Try all the guns out man, hype will get you NO-WHERE on

i would go with a b2k4 with pds SERIOUSLY man dont get a timmy its just all hype just cause a gun costs a lot doesnt mean its good if i saw a guy on the feild playing with a $35 brass eagle witha 40 round hopper i would be more afraid of him then the guy with the timmy or angel because that means the guy with the brass eagle has the deadly one hit shot but dont go out and buy a brass eagle just cause i said that because they are crappy guns but what i said above is very TRUE i myself am going witht the b2k4 with pds and am gonna upgrade when i have the money so get a timmy if u want but dont get it just cause ur a rich noob that thinks he will own just cause he has a timmy just my 2 cents

Yeah i think ur right^^ i mean i culd buy the timmy but im gonna buy the B2K5 with PDS and then get maybe a new barrel or board or sumin. I mean yeah a timmy can shoot 25 BPS but i mean im joining a beginneers league type thingy so people r gonna be using spyders and stuff yeah and with the money left over im gonna get upgrades STILL any brands for Nitro or Electric Hoppers and are there any boards that work with the B2K5 which will be out by christmas probaly

If you can swing the $749 for the Intimidator, THAT is really the way to go. You'll never lose due to being outgunned. Any Intimidator will compete at the highest levels.

^^^ noob U ever seen a gz against a trix, it fails in comparison, gzs suck, also 2k2s are really nice but up against a dm4,04angel,04 shocker it still gets blown off the feild. And yea 04 bk2s with pds are going for about 450.00. And y u say that? if u got the cash for like emag or somthing, u can trick thoses things out alot. for a bko yes u need lots of ups, but for a b2k i think its a good out
of the box gun. If its got pds its all around good. Get a new
reg,bolt,and perhaps a halo, or evvy(no not revvy). Its got pds so
theresno chopping. Get a new barrel also, perferably freaks,tear
drops,boomys, ect. icd guns accecpt cocker threads fyi.
